Janome Sewing Centre was established at Bankstown Square in
December 1995 in a very small 38-sq. M shop.
In April 1996 another shop at Miranda was opened and in December
1997 Parramatta was added. We purchased Wollongong in May 2002.
In July 1996 we moved premises at Bankstown Square and
established an Embroidery business within the same Shop. We put
embroidery into Parramatta from the beginning and when we moved
Miranda into Westfields in Nov. 1998 we started embroidery there.
The embroidery business is known as Artstitch Embroidery and in
total we now have 9 machines and what we consider a very successful
retail embroidery/monogram business.
The business is owned by Janice Doyle who had many years
experience working in Retail Sewing machines and fabrics prior to
taking on her own business.
Janice is supported by Spencer Puttick and employs 15 Staff
–casual Part Time and Full Time.

We Sell Janome Sewing Machines, Pfaff Sewing Machines(Parramatta
Only),Singer Sewing Machines(Parramatta), Horn Sewing Furniture and
a large range of Singer Ironing Presses and Steam Irons. A full
range of Haberdashery, Patchwork Fabrics, Heirloom cotton laces and
Fabrics, Large range of Embroidery Machine Software and Designs. We
are Echidna Zone Dealers www.echidnasewing.com.au .
We are always trying new products and catering to the latest
'Crazes"
We also sell a range of Towels Robes Caps and Shirts ready for
Embroidery. We stock a range of pre embroidered Towels gift-wrapped
for immediate sale.
